Electronic signature simplified

Get it signed, and know exactly what happened.

Upload the document, say who signs it, and send. Everything that follows is recorded as it happens, in a form the other side can check without taking your word for it.

Signers never make an account. Start free, then a dollar a person.

Every entry is linked to the one before it. Change an entry afterwards and the link breaks, which is how the change shows up.

See it work, start to finish

A walk through the product, from preparing to the finished record.

Three things go wrong with signing software

Each of these is a decision somebody made, and each one can be decided differently.

A typo means starting over

Fix a name or move a field on an agreement that is already out, through the API, without voiding it and asking everybody to sign again. The people who already signed stay signed.

How preparing works

Signers are made to make an account

Nobody signing anything here is asked to register, at any point. That holds when they come back for their copy months later, because the link in their email is all there is.

What a signer sees

The bill arrives as a surprise

The bill is the size of your team. Team 10 is $10 a month for up to ten people, every plan has the whole product in it, and nothing you send changes the figure.

What it costs

A record the other side can check

Everything that happens to an agreement is written down as it happens, and nothing is ever edited or deleted afterwards.

Every signed agreement gets a short code. Anyone holding it can recompute the whole chain on our public page, with no account and without asking you for anything. The certificate names what it proves and, just as usefully, what it cannot.

  1. 0Created, and each document recorded so you can tell it apart from any other file
  2. 1Sent, and each invitation as it went out
  3. 2Opened, then viewed, by each person
  4. 3Every field as it was filled in
  5. 4Finished, with the time and the address it came from

The bill is the size of your team

A dollar a person, with every feature on every plan.

The paid plans differ in one thing only: how many people they cover. Sending an agreement, correcting it once it is out, sending it again or voiding it never changes the figure, and the API is covered by the same plan as the people using it. Prices are before VAT, which is added at checkout for a UK billing address and nowhere else.
